Jon Shortell from Movo insurance is delighted with the results £230,000 of premium written from an initial investment of £2000 for telemarketing services!

Challenge: 

We commissioned JEM to conduct 12 Telemarketing days and provided them with a list of approximately 1600 contacts across a range of sectors including; construction, security & property, etc the targets were medium to large size businesses.

JEM worked very closely with our sales team and their first step was to develop a telemarketing strategy with a toolkit of responses which addressed the most common objections including:

  • Not enough time to review my insurances…
  • Broker does everything for me – don’t want to move
  • Not Interested…
  • Contacted by lots of people – already got 2 quoting…

JEM’s first task was to cleanse the data and collect the business insurance renewal data and the name & job title of the decision maker.

The results: 

Over the 12 telemarketing days, they called 911 of the 1600 records.

  • Collection of 229 Insurance Renewal Dates

The second task was to assign a team of experienced appointment setters to call those businesses that were within 16 weeks of their insurance renewal. 

  • 14 Sales Leads
  • 4 orders with a combined premium of £230,000
