What Electronic Data Cleansing methods do you use?

How does it work?

You will have the option to have a free report which will analyse the aspects of your data that can be improved. The report will also detail how much it will cost to clean or enrich each aspect of your data.

If you decide to go ahead with our service, we will cleanse your data, improving accuracy and decreasing returns of incorrectly addressed mailings. The cleansing service includes correctly formatting addresses, identifying duplicates, and cleaning against suppression files such as Royal Mail’s National Change of Address Data and Universal Suppression Service. We can help you create accurate campaigns and track lost customers.

If there are any elements that cannot be cleansed using the electronic files we will provide a quotation for our specialist telemarketing data cleansing team to phone and collect the information that you require.

How much does it cost?

The cost is dependent upon how many services you use and how much of your data needs updating, however, if you contact us now, you will receive a free audit that will test the quality and accuracy of your records. The audit includes a summary of how much cleansing and updating your information will cost.

Prospect costs start from as little as 5p per record. You can set the parameters and number of records you would like. We will then calculate the cost for you to decide.
