How many Telemarketing calls will you make?

Many factors influence the number of dials and decision-maker connecting calls as each campaign brief is tailored specifically to you. As an idea, we set a minimum of 10 to 15 calls per Telemarketing hour. Therefore on our starter package, you could expect between 640 to 960 calls each month.

How many sales leads and appointments will I receive?

This will depend on the criteria you set, and we will work with you to determine your prospects; budget, level of authority, need and timing. During our consultation, we will be able to work out various scenarios with you to provide a steer based on your specific needs.

Can you provide the marketing database for calling?

Yes, we work with several reliable data agencies and supply GDPR compliant data. Our experts will help you to identify the types of companies by sector and size to call. We will also look at other leads sources available to you through LinkedIn and internet research, if applicable.

Do you offer email marketing that can run alongside the Telemarketing Campaign?

Yes, we have a creative digital marketing manager who can design, create and run campaigns. Your Telemarketing Account Manager will follow up with customers that interact with the email to qualify their requirements before handing them over to you.

How can I be sure of the quality of sales leads or appointments supplied by you?

We have an internal quality control team responsible for listening & checking that they meet your qualification criteria before they are sent to you. This way, we can be confident they will always meet the standards you have set out.

How do you hand over sales leads and appointments to us?

All appointments & Sales Leads are communicated to your sales team by email in the following format; a contact report in word document format, accompanied by a call recording of the discussion that took place with the customer. We ask your sales team to send out an outlook, teams or zoom invite, which the customer will then accept.
