Our client provides a bespoke software solution for the Electronic and Electro-Mechanical repair, sales and service industry for nearly 20 years.
Our client was conscious that selecting a Telemarketing Agency with the right pedigree was critical. They wanted to make sure that the Telemarketing Account Managers had the experience, maturity and sophistication, one thing they did not want was a call centre.
Having met with 3 Telemarketing Agency’s and with their Telemarketing Account Managers we felt that the team at JEM provided the most sophisticated solution. All of the Telemarketing Account Managers at JEM have at least 5 years Appointment Setting experience and many of the team have held more senior sales roles before joining JEM.
JEM selected a team that already had a wealth of knowledge in IT Solution selling. The team was supported by a project manager who made regular contact with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the results and the way the calls were being handled.

Our brief to JEM was to provide a face to face meeting for UK clients and a web demo for the client based overseas.
Each sales lead was sent through from the Telemarketing Account Manager with a detailed synopsis of their current situation, JEM was able to identify by having a consultation with customers exactly where the gaps were and then paint a picture for the customer of how our software solution was able to meet those needs.
They also graded each opportunity A, B or C depending on how hot they felt the sales lead was. This was a great system this enabled us to prioritise our time.
